Amazing views across Derbyshire, Staffordshire, and sometimes even further. Interesting rock formations, and sometimes climbers as well.
Good Boots are necessary. Also early in the morning it can be shrowded in fog so make sure the visibility will be good before hand.
The Roaches is apparently named from the french for The Rocks. It is a long ridge of rock that is amazingly accessible considering the views. There is also a pool on the ridge.
