Photospots

When I started taking photographs for fun, just over a year ago, I didn't know where to go to take the sort of photographs I was interested in. I wanted to take photographs like I had seen in the magazines: photographs of waterfalls, rivers, moors, lakes, sunsets, buildings, you name it. What I didn't want was to spend all day wondering around with my camera and get nothing out of my day. That's why I created photospots.

This is a tool for amateur photographers to record, either for themselves, or to share with others, the places they like to go to take photographs, and to share some of the things you find when you get there, such as reminders about taking sturdy boots, or a note that the sun is at the wrong angle in summer after about 5 o'clock, so get there early.
