Derwent Water Jetty
Good Points
Long pebble banks of Derwent Water with views across the whole of the lake as well as access to the much photographed jetty.
Things to watch for
There are lots of small car parks that operate along the shore but they tend to get full very quickly in summer.
Points of note
The main car park is in Keswick and there are regular boat tours that stop and pick up at various points around the lake.
